- افتح حسابي
- اختار أمان الحساب
- اضغط حذف الحساب واكتب كلمة «حذف» وكلمة السر
الحذف نهائي. مينفعش لو عندك طلب لسه في الطريق.
لو معندكش وصول للتطبيق
ابعتلنا على واتساب من الرقم المسجّل في حسابك أو اذكر إيميل الحساب، وهنحذفه خلال 30 يوم كحد أقصى.
اطلب الحذف على واتساباللي بيتمسح واللي بيفضل
بيتمسح: بياناتك الشخصية وعناوينك والمفضلة وتقييماتك ونقاطك وأجهزتك وسلتك. بيفضل: سجلات الطلبات السابقة من غير ربط بحسابك، للمحاسبة والشحن.

- Open Account
- Choose Account security
- Tap Delete account, type “حذف” and your password
Deletion is permanent and not possible while an order is on its way.
Without app access
Message us on WhatsApp from the phone number on your account or mention your account email; we delete it within 30 days at most.

Deleted: personal data, addresses, favorites, reviews, points, devices and cart. Kept: past order records, unlinked from your account, for accounting and shipping.
