Privacy Policy

Data we collect

• Account: name, email, phone, password (hashed; we cannot see it).
• Orders: addresses, items, status, payment method, points, favorites, reviews.
• Device: phone model, OS and device ID, to show your signed-in devices and secure your account.
• Push token (if you enable notifications) and your cart (to remind you of abandoned carts).
• Anonymous app visits (random device ID) for visitor counts.
• Photos: if you use photo search or virtual try-on, the image is sent to an AI service that processes it and returns the result. We do not store it on our servers; the provider processes it under its own terms.

Why

To fulfil and ship orders, provide support, manage points and discounts, secure your account, improve the app, and send order/offer notifications if you agree.

Who sees it

Authorized store staff, couriers (name, address, phone for delivery only) and technical providers (hosting, database, notifications, AI). We do not sell your data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. Delete it in the app (Account → Account security → Delete account) or via the deletion page. Afterwards personal data is erased; past order records remain, unlinked from your account, for accounting and shipping.

Your rights

You may access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

Children

The app is for parents and guardians; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
